Potatoes in broth


Ingredients:

1 Kg. Of potatoes
¼ Kg. Of cod (or lean, ribs, rabbit, sausages, etc …)
4 garlic
cayenne
1 bay leaf
parsley
1 cup olive oil
salt
2 saffron threads
Preparation:

If we use cod must be put to soak the night before to be desale.
cod (meat or whatever) fry, garlic, potatoes and add paprika, bay leaf and water in a pan.
Let it boil.
In a mortar, crush the garlic, parsley and some saffron and added to the broth from the pan.
